Privacy and order information
We keep contact and delivery details, product and price snapshots, order actions, payment references, after-sales requests and notification records to handle orders, support, disputes and security.
Payments are processed by PayPal, including cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay; we never see or store card numbers. Alibaba Cloud DirectMail sends order emails, and carriers receive the address details needed for delivery. When you sign in with your Taqrio account, the store receives your account email and name from Taqrio to create your store account; your password stays with Taqrio and the store never stores it.
Order, audit, payment and mail records are retained as needed for fulfilment, after-sales support, disputes and legal accounting requirements. Closing an account does not automatically erase orders. Request access, correction or deletion through contact@taqrio.cn; we verify the request and explain any records that must be kept.
Device storage and security
We use only necessary cookies: one keeps your cart and checkout session, one remembers your language, and sign-in cookies keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
