Refunds and returns

How to ask for a refund or return

Use the After-sales help page with your order number and order email, or email contact@taqrio.cn. You get an email with your request number and the time we received it. We reply within two business days.

Before sending anything back, wait for our reply with the return address and instructions. This does not make a legal right of withdrawal depend on our approval.

Cancel before shipping

Before an order ships, contact us to cancel it and we refund it in full. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 60 minutes.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and send photos when we reply. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover the related shipping.

Change of mind

Where the EU withdrawal rules below do not apply, contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be unused, not written or encoded, and in their original packaging. We refund after we receive and check them. You pay the return shipping, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.

EU 14-day withdrawal

Where EU consumer withdrawal rules for distance sales apply, you can withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. Tell us with a clear statement on the After-sales help page (choose “Return and refund”) or by email; a valid withdrawal does not depend on our approval. Unless we offer collection, return the goods within 14 days after telling us.

We reimburse the amounts due, including our least expensive standard delivery charge, within 14 days after you tell us. The extra cost of a premium delivery option you chose is not reimbursed. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them, whichever comes first. A pre-designed product called “custom”, or a large quantity, does not by itself make goods personalised.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay); posting time depends on your bank or payment provider. Payment fees already charged may not be returned to us; where the law permits, a refund that is not due to a fault on our side may deduct those fees. Mandatory consumer rights where you live are not affected.
